Travel & Accommodation
Delegates are responsible for the arrangement and payment of their own travel and accommodation.

PM Express has arranged a special room rate at a number of hotels. Please call us for information regarding hotels offering preferential rates and specific accommodation booking information.

Cancellations & Transfer
If you should cancel between thirty and forty five days or more before the event then you will receive a refund less a 10% service charge, cancellations prior to this receive no service charge.
Regrettably no refund can be made for cancellations or transfers received less than thirty days before the event, although a substitute may be named at any time before the programme begins.

Programme Changes
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of PM Express to change the venue, dates and/or presenters.
Please notify PM Express at the time of booking the course if you have any additional requirements e.g. wheelchair access, large print etc.

What to expect in class

For PMP Exam Prep
Registration is at 07.00 on the first day of all courses. Each day’s programme will finish at 17.30.

For PM Fundamentals
Registration is at 08.00 on the first day of all courses. Each day’s programme will finish at 17.00.

Codes of conduct
PM Express courses are intensive and require participant’s full attention during class. Please eliminate the conduct of business during class.
Casual business dress is appropriate for all courses. Audio recording and videotaping are prohibited
